Established in 2018, after gaining considerable experience in practice, Jason Martin founded Martin Attorneys with the vision of providing clients with affordable, personalised and compassionate legal services.
Martin Attorneys is a family run boutique law firm situated in Waterkloof Ridge, Pretoria with correspondent offices throughout South Africa. Martin Attorneys practises in various areas of law, with its main focus on Civil Litigation, Commercial law, Property Law (including rental property disputes) and Environmental law.

Jason Martin, Founder
Jason is an admitted attorney of the High Court Of South Africa. After completing his articles and practising as an associate for some years, Jason decided to open his own practice and founded Martin Attorneys. Jason's main practice areas are Civil Litigation, Commercial and Residential Property Law, Commercial Law and Environmental Law. Jason is currently completing his masters degree in Environmental Law at the University of Pretoria.
Danielle Martin, Accounts and Operations Manager
Danielle started off her career as a qualified Ecologist who later developed a keen interest in legal practice. Danielle has been with Martin Attorneys since inception and forms an integral part of the day to day runnings of the practice
Delon Micheali, Consultant -Conveyancing and Notary Public
Delon is a close friend and colleague of Martin Attorneys. Delon specialises in Conveyancing and Notarial Services and attends to all of Martin Attorneys' conveyancing and notarial requirements under his banner, Micheali Attorneys.
Jostine Prinsloo, Associate
Jostine Prinsloo graduated with a bachelor’s degree in law from the University of Pretoria in 2016 and was Admitted as an Attorney of the High Court of South Africa in 2018. She has continuously expanded her knowledge by recently completing the Advance Insolvency Litigation and Administration Programme in 2023 as well as a short course in legal costs. Jostine possesses a diverse set of professional competencies, excelling in Insolvency Law, Contract Law, general litigation, property law and Customary Law.
